摘要
北京协和医院的临床专科声誉始终保持较大领先优势,但科研水平仍具有较大的提升空间。面对日益激烈的人才资源竞争现状,北京协和医院运用PDCA循环理论,分析影响医院科研人才队伍水平的政策、环境、管理制度等因素,以及医院近年来针对各种不利因素采取的应对措施。通过内培、外引等多重举措,人才队伍建设水平取得阶段性成果,中青年科研团队为医院临床研究提供重要支撑。
The reputation of clinical specialties of Peking union medical college hospital has always been in the lead, but the level of scientific research still has great room for improvement. In the face of the increasingly fierce competition for human resources, Peking union medical college hospital should strengthen the capacity of scientific research personnel through various ways. Methods: this article will use PDCA cycle theory, the analysis influence the level of hospital scientific research personnel policy, environment, factors such as management system, as well as the hospital take measures according to various adverse factors in recent years, through the irfpa cultivates, multiple measures, such as talent team construction level periodic achievements, the young and middle-aged scientific research team to provide important support for clinical study.
