摘要
目的探讨全程优化急诊管理流程在急性心肌梗死中的应用模式。方法通过查阅相关文献资料,总结应用经验,分析急性心肌梗死的现状和诱因,探讨全程优化护理在急性心肌梗死中的临床意义,从而达到全程优化护理流程的程序化。结果全程优化护理流程程序化包括:接诊流程优化,设立绿色通道;院内救治流程优化,实施无缝隙护理;术后护理流程优化,防止术后并发症等内容。结论全程优化护理是将院前急救、院内抢救和术后恢复进行了高效统一,并形成无缝隙护理,与传统急诊护理相比,明显缩短了时间,提高了患者的抢救成功率。
Objective To explore the application mode of the whole process optimization emergency management process in acute myocardial infarction. Methods By reviewing the relevant literature, summarizing the application experience, analyzing the status quo and incentives of acute myocardial infarction, and exploring the clinical significance of the whole process of optimizing nursing in acute myocardial infarction, so as to achieve the programmatic optimization process of the whole process. Results The whole process of optimizing the nursing process includes: optimization of the consultation process, establishment of a green channel;optimization of the in-hospital treatment process, implementation of seamless care;optimization of postoperative care procedures to prevent postoperative complications. Conclusion The whole process of optimizing nursing is to unify the pre-hospital first aid, in-hospital rescue and postoperative recovery, and form seamless nursing.Compared with traditional emergency nursing, it obviously shortens the time and improves the patient’s rescue success rate to a greater extent.
