摘要
目的总结分级区分管理模式在急诊患者安全护理中应用效果。方法该院急诊科开展分级分区管理,依据急诊患者的病情实施分级分区就诊。结果实施后急诊患者的护理人员急诊、辅助护理人员接诊、输液巡视以及用药指导的护理满意度、医护人员对管理模式的满意率均明显优于实施前(P<0.05)。结论急诊患者实施分级分区管理模式可显著提高患者以及医护人员的满意度。
Objective To summarize the application effect of grading and differentiation management mode in emergency patients’ safety nursing. Methods The emergency department of our hospital carried out hierarchical and district management, and the grading and district treatment was carried out according to the condition of the emergency patients. Results The satisfaction rate of the nursing staff in the emergency department, the nursing care staff, the infusion patrol and the medication guidance, and the satisfaction rate of the medical staff in the management mode were significantly better than those before the implementation(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of a hierarchical zoning management model for emergency patients can significantly improve the satisfaction of patients and medical staff.
