摘要
目的讨论2 000例新生儿听力筛查的质量控制分析。方法选取2 000例该院在2012年1月—2018年1月接生的新生儿,对选取的新生儿实行畸形产物的耳声放射检查,在检测中使用自动耳声放射听力筛查仪。结果经过检测后,在初步筛选中初筛率达到99.95%,在初次筛选中通过率为95.6%。在进行复筛选过程中的复筛率达到92.00%,在复筛选过程中的通过率为96.3%。经过研究后发现有2例新生儿出现异常,经过耳鼻喉科的脑干听觉诱导电位的检查后能够确定出现异常的情况。其中1例经过治疗后恢复,另一例还在进行跟踪随访中。结论在新生儿中使用畸形产物的耳声放射检查,能够在早期发现新生儿的听力障碍,从而在早期进行治疗,提高治疗率,降低听力语言障碍的发生率。
Objective To discuss the quality control analysis of 2000 newborn hearing screening. Methods A total of 2,000 neonates born in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2018 were enrolled. The selected neonates were subjected to otoacoustic radiography of malformed products, and an automatic otoacoustic radiation screening device was used in the test.Results After the test, the initial screening rate reached 99.95% in the initial screening and 95.6% in the initial screening.The rescreening rate during the rescreening process reached 92.00%, and the pass rate during the rescreening process was96.3%. After the study, two newborns were found to have abnormalities. After examination of the brainstem auditory induction potential of the otolaryngology department, abnormalities could be determined. One of them recovered after treatment and the other was still followed up. Conclusion Otoacoustic radiography using malformed products in neonates can detect neonatal hearing impairment at an early stage, so that treatment can be performed at an early stage, the treatment rate is improved, and the incidence of hearing language disorder is reduced.
