摘要
目的分析心血管疾病内科用药的安全管理措施。方法选取该院2014年4月—2016年11月期间收治的心血管疾病的患者152例进行研究分析,收集152例心血管疾病的一般资料,将152例患者分为实验组和对照组,分析患者在内科治疗室的用药安全,分析安全管理中的问题并且提出解决方案。结果根据调查可知,药物因素和患者自身因素以及护理人员的因素都是影响内科用药安全的主要因素。结论医护人员要不断提高自身的综合素质和护理水平,重视内科药物使用安全情况,加强对内科用药的管理,不断完善相关规定制度,从而保证患者在治疗中的用药安全,提高治疗效果。
Objective To analyze the safety management measures for medical treatment of cardiovascular diseases.Methods A total of 152 patients with cardiovascular disease admitted to our hospital from April 2014 to November 2016 were enrolled. The general data of 152 cases of cardiovascular disease were collected. 152 patients were divided into experimental group and control group. Analyze the safety of patients in the medical treatment room, analyze problems in safety management and propose solutions. Results According to the survey, the factors of the drug, the patient’s own factors and the factors of the nursing staff are the main factors affecting the safety of medical use. Conclusion Medical staff should continuously improve their comprehensive quality and nursing level, pay attention to the safety of internal medicines, strengthen the management of internal medicines, and constantly improve the relevant regulations to ensure the safety of patients in treatment and improve the treatment effect.
