临床路径教学模式在普外科护理带教中的应用 被引量:11

摘要 目的研究普外科护理带教工作期间应用临床路径教学模式的具体价值。方法选取在该院进行普外科护理实习的护生56名,分成对照组和研究组,每组28名。对照组采用常规模式进行教学;研究组采用临床路径模式进行教学。结果研究组护生对临床教学模式的满意度达到96.4%;高于对照组的78.6%;教学干预前后理论知识和操作技能考核成绩的提高幅度大于对照组;实习期间仅有1例差错性事件发生,少于对照组的5例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论普外科护理带教工作期间应用临床路径教学模式,能够大幅度提高护生的理论知识和操作技能掌握水平,减少工作期间的差错性事件,使其对临床实习教学的满意度提升。 Objective To study the specific value of applying clinical pathway teaching mode during general nursing teaching. Methods A total of 56 nursing students who underwent general surgery nursing in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and study group, with an average of 28 cases in each group. The control group was taught in a regular mode;the study group used a clinical pathway model for teaching. Results The satisfaction of the nursing students in the clinical teaching mode reached 96.4%;higher than the control group of 78.6%;the improvement of theoretical knowledge and operational skills before and after the teaching intervention was greater than that of the control group;only one error during the internship period occurred in less than 5 cases in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of the clinical path teaching mode during the general surgery teaching can greatly improve the theoretical knowledge and operational skills of nursing students, reduce the error events during the work period,and improve their satisfaction with clinical practice teaching.
