摘要
目的了解某院临床科室床位设置情况,为医院管理者合理科学配置病床优化资源提供依据,使医院的资源投入产出达到最优的水平。方法采集医院统计报表数据,并应用数据包络分析方法进行分析评价,指出改进的措施。结果某综合医院仅有4个科室(占14. 8%),达到DEA有效,综合效率、纯技术效率、规模效率均达到最优;非DEA有效的科室占85. 2%,这些科室均存在资源浪费、分配不合理等问题。结论通过评价结果,为医院综合管理床位提供参考数据,适时对临床科室床位的设置进行相应的调整,使医院床位资源得到最优配置。^([1])
Objective To investigate the bed arrangement in clinical departments of a hospital, and to provide the basis for hospital managers to rationally and scientifically allocate beds and optimize resources, so as to optimize the input and output of hospital resources. Methods The data of hospital statistical reports were collected and analyzed by data envelopment analysis (DEA), and the measures for improvement measures were proposed. Results There were only 4 departments (14.8%) in a general hospital, which were effective in DEA, and their comprehensive efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency were the best. The non-DEA effective departments accounted for 85.2%, all of which had problems of waste of resources and unreasonable distribution. Conclusion The evaluation results can provide reference data for the management of hospital beds and for the optimization of beds allocation through adjusting the bed numbers of various clinical departments.
