摘要
目的:探讨茵胆平肝胶囊联合清肝九味散治疗酒精性肝纤维化的疗效。方法:选取2018年1—3月潜江市中心医院收治的酒精性肝纤维化患者86例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。对照组患者给予茵胆平肝胶囊治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用清肝九味散治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、肝功能指标水平[丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)和γ-谷氨酰基转移酶(GGT)]及肝纤维化相关指标水平[透明质酸(HA)、Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ-C)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PC-Ⅲ)和层粘连蛋白(LN)]的差异。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为95.3%(41/43),明显高于对照组的65.1%(28/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的ALT、AST及TBIL水平明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的HA、LN、PC-Ⅲ及IV-C水平明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:茵胆平肝胶囊联合清肝九味散治疗酒精性肝纤维化的疗效显著,可改善患者的肝功能、肝纤维化相关指标水平。
OBJECTIVE: To probe into the efficacy of Yindanpinggan capsule combined with Qingganjiuwei powder in treatment of alcoholic liver fibrosis. METHODS: 86 patients with alcoholic liver fibrosis admitted into Qianjiang Central Hospital from Jan. to Mar. 2018 were selected and divided into observation group and control group via random number table, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Yindanpinggan capsule, while the observation group was given Yindanpinggan capsule combined with Qingganjiuwei powder. Differences in clinical efficacy, liver function indices [alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST) and γ-glutamyltransferase(GGT)] and liver fibrosis related indices [hyaluronic acid(HA), type Ⅳ collagen(Ⅳ-C), type Ⅲ procollagen(PC-Ⅲ) and laminin(LN)] between two groups were compared. RESULTS: The total effective rate of observation group was 95.3%(41/43), which was significantly higher than that of the control group(65.1%, 28/43), with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);after treatment, the ALT, AST and TBIL levels of observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the HA, LN, PC-Ⅲ and Ⅳ-C levels of observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of Yindanpinggan capsule combined with Qingganjiuwei powder in treatment of alcoholic liver fibrosis is remarkable, which can improve patients’ liver function, liver fibrosis and related indices.
