摘要
湖北高校与地方经济社会发展深度融合是湖北高校与地方经济社会发展互动的结果,而人才培育、科技创新、社会服务、文化传承和平台建设是湖北高校与地方经济社会发展深度融合的基本要素。自改革开放以来,湖北综合实力显著上升,湖北高校也以更加积极主动的姿态参与到地方经济社会发展之中,然而喧闹的融入并没有带来相应水准的深度融合,湖北高校与地方经济社会发展总体上仍处于弱度融合之势。由于湖北高校在地方经济社会发展中未能站在舞台中心,而高校在地方经济社会发展中又被寄以厚望,这使得湖北高校与地方经济社会发展深度融合中出现一系列问题:人才培育与地方经济社会需求结构失衡;科技创新、社会服务与文化传承中存在短板;平台建设有待加强。要改变这种困境,需运用立体化、系统化的举措,从三方面着手:一是为融入"一主两副多极"发展战略培育人才;二是科技创新、社会服务、文化传承支持湖北主体功能区建设;三是打造数字化的信息平台。
Deeply integration of universities and colleges in Hubei province and local economic and social development is the result of their interaction and the unity of talents training, technological innovation, social service,cultural inheritance of universities and colleges and local social economical development. And talents training,technological innovation, social service, cultural inheritance and platform construction are the basic factors. Since the reform and opening to the outside world the comprehensive power of Hubei province has improved a lot and universities and colleges in Hubei provinces take active part in local social economic development which doesn’t result in deep integration and only in weak integration. Universities and colleges in Hubei province are not in the center of local social economical development. But they are expected a lot, which causes a lot of problems, talents training is not fit for the needs of local social economical development, shortcomings in technological innovation, social service and cultural inheritance, and platform construction needing to be strengthened. In order to get rid of such dilemmas and realize the deep integration of universities and colleges in Hubei province and local social economical development, extrude and systematic measures should be adopted in three aspects, first, training talents adapts to the developing strategy of one primary city, two secondary cities and multiple developing cities;second, technological innovation, social service and cultural inheritance support the construction of main functional area in Hubei province;third, it is to build up digital information platform.
