摘要
结合"食品微生物学"课程的课堂教学,发现传统的教学模式存在教学内容杂乱、教学方式传统、教学手段单一等问题,对传统的教学模式提出建议,以期可以调动学生的积极性,改善教学效果。
Based on teaching practice of Food Microbiology course,it was found that teaching content was messy,teaching method was traditional,teaching mode was single and so on under the traditional teaching system. Thus,in order to mobilize the enthusiasm of students' independent learning and improve teaching effectiveness,suggestions to traditional teaching system.
