摘要
目前,案例教学法广泛应用于多个学科领域的教育。构建基于案例教学法的互动式教学模式,首次在"葡萄酒庄设计与管理"课程中应用,内容包括案例选择、实施、案例模型。"案例+互动"的教学模式,促进学生学习理论知识的同时,提高学生的开拓性、综合性、全局性思考问题的能力,促进学生内涵式发展,增强了师生、学生间的互动,最终完善和提高课程的实际教学效果。
At present,case teaching method is widely used in many subject areas education. This article built the mode of interactive teaching based on case method and the first time applied in the Design and Management of Winery course. The content including case selection,implementation and case model. The mode of “Case+Interactive”promote students' learning theory knowledge,improve the students' creativity,comprehensive and overall thinking ability. It promote students connotative development,increase the interaction of teaching forms,eventually improve the effect of theory teaching of the course.
