摘要
桑葚营养丰富,具有较强保健功能,但由于桑葚不易贮藏,加工利用程度不够充分,导致资源浪费。通过分析确定了用料配方,优化了桑葚复合饮料加工工艺,对拓宽桑葚饮料加工市场具有重要意义。
Mulberry is rich in nutrition and has strong health care function. However,resources are wasted,due to the difficulty in storage and insufficient processing and utilization of mulberry. Through experimental analysis,the formula of materials was determined and the processing technology of compound mulberry beverage was optimized,which was of great significance to broaden the processing market of mulberry beverage.
