摘要
以食品保鲜中二氧化钛作用机理入手,重点论述了果蔬保鲜中光催化的作用,从机理到其作用果蔬保鲜包装的现状,综述了其主要应用方式及未来发展。
Starting with the mechanism of titanium dioxide in food preservation,this paper focused on the role of photocatalysis in fruit and vegetable preservation,from the mechanism to the status quo of its function in fruit and vegetable preservation packaging,and summarized its main application modes and future development.
