新型炼钢添加剂成型过程中的影响因素研究及其工业化制备

摘要 简单介绍了复合氧化钼块成型加工过程中的3种制备方式,通过原料混合、压制成型及脱水烘干的生产工艺,采用液压式成型方式制备出了满足标准YB/T5129-2012要求的批量化复合氧化钼块产品,详细分析了压制力、保压时间与产品强度和密度之间的关系,同时将批量化生产工艺及成型参数应用在工业化试验中,制备出了密度不小于2. 6 g/cm^3,冷压破碎强度不小于493 N,水分含量不高于0. 16%的复合氧化钼块合格产品。 Three kinds of preparation methods were introduced simply in forming process of the composite molybdenum oxide block. The batch composite molybdenum oxide block products that could satisfy the requirement of the standard of YB /T5129-2012 were prepared,by adopting the hydraulic molding way through the production process of raw material mixing,pressing molding and dehydration drying. The relationship between pressure,pressure time and product intensity,product density was analyzed in detail. The batch production process and molding parameters were used in the industrial experiment,preparing the qualified composite molybdenum block product,with its density no less than 2. 6 g /cm^3, its cold crushing intensity no less than 493 N,and its moisture content no higher than 0. 16%.
