摘要
利用灰色模型GM(1,1)分析了广东石油化工学院2013—2018年毕业生就业流向数据,并预测了2019—2023年各届毕业生就业流向。经检验,该预测模型精度好,可靠性高,对预测未来高校毕业生的就业流向数据有一定的参考价值。
A GM(1,1)prediction model is built to forecast the regional distribution of college graduates’employment from 2019 to 2023,based on the related data of Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology during 2013-2018.This prediction model provides realistic reference for the analysis of college graduates'employment trend.
