烧结温度对(Al_3Ti+Al_3Zr)增强铝基复合材料组织和性能的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Sintering Temperature on Microstructure and Properties of(Al_3Ti+Al_3Zr)Reinforced Aluminum Matrix Composites

摘要 采用粉末冶金原位合成法制备Al_3Ti、Al_3Zr金属间化合物增强铝基复合材料。采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、光学显微镜、硬度测试和抗拉强度测试,研究烧结温度对复合材料显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,在铝基体中生成了金属间化合物Al_3Ti和Al_3Zr增强相;随烧结温度从700℃上升到900℃,复合材料的硬度(HV)从85.7提高到118.1;经800℃烧结制备的复合材料表现出了较好的抗拉强度(140.71MPa)和屈服强度(40.5MPa)。 In-situ formed Al3Ti and Al3Zr intermetallic compound reinforced Al matrix composites were fabricated through powder metallurgy method.The effects of sintering temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the composites were investigated by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope,optical microscopy,hardness and tensile strength testing.The results reveal that Al3Ti and Al3Zr intermetallic compounds enhanced phases are generated in the aluminum matrix.The Vickers hardness of the composites are increased from85.7 HV to 118.1 HV with the sintering temperature increased from 700 ℃to 900 ℃.The composites prepared by sintering at 800℃ present the acceptable tensile strength of 140.71 MPa and yield strength of 40.5 MPa.
