摘要
郑汴洛城市群作为中原城市群这一新兴区域经济体的核心,其城市规模和城镇数量快速发展,随之而来的是愈发凸显的城市安全问题。如何在经济常速发展与城市快速膨胀的矛盾中找到城市安全的平衡是本文探讨的问题。通过构建一体化的城市防灾体系,打破行政边界对防灾的限制,实现防灾体系网络化,防灾效能最大化,防灾消耗最小化,为广大新兴区域城市群的防灾能力提升找到新的思路和方法。
As the core of the emerging regional economy of the Zhongyuan City Group, the Zhengbianluo City Group has developed rapidly in terms of its urban size and number of towns, and it has become on increasingly prominent urban security issue. How to find the balance of urban security in the contradiction between the rapid development of the economy and the rapid expansion of the city is the problem discussed in this paper. By constructing an integrated urban disaster prevention system, breaking the restrictions of administrative boundaries on disaster prevention, and fin ding new ideas and methods for the improvement of disaster prevention capabilities of the emerging urban clusters, Realize the network of disaster prevention system, maximize disaster prevention efficiency, and minimize disaster prevention consumption.
