摘要
目的探讨Sirt1在精索静脉曲张(VC)患者精液中的表达水平及临床意义。方法选取2016年9月至2017年7月在本院就诊的男性不育患者60例,其中33例为原发性VC(VC不育组),其他患者则排除VC(非VC不育组)。同时,本研究选取45例健康男性为正常对照组。检测所有入组精液精子密度、精子活动率、精子正常形态比例以及Sirt1的mRNA表达水平。结果VC不育患者Sirt1的表达水平均与对照组呈现明显的差异。此外,与非VC不育患者相比较,VC不育患者精液Sirt1水平更低。Sirt1的表达与精子浓度呈正相关(r=0.301,P<0.001),与总精子活力同样呈正相关(r=0.587,P<0.001),且与精子正常形态呈正相关(r=0.421,P<0.001)。结论不育患者Sirt1表达水平显著低于正常健康人群,Sirt1的表达水平与VC等级呈明显的负相关性。
Objective To investigate clinic effect of seminal Sirt1 levels in infertile men with varicocoele(VC).Methods A total of 60 infertile patients as observed group,including infertile with varicocoele(n=33)and infertile without varicocoele(n=27),and 45 healthy men as control group were studied in this research.All participants had semen analysis and estimation of seminal Sirt1 expression.Results Seminal Sirt1 expression was significantly lower in infertile men than control group.Among infertile men,seminal Sirt1 expression was significantly lower in those with VC than in those without.Besides,seminal Sirt1 expression was positively correlated with sperm concentration(r=0.301,P<0.001),total sperm motility(r=0.587,P<0.001),and sperm normal forms(r=0.421,P<0.001).Conclusions Seminal Sirt1 expression is significantly lower in infertile men than in fertile men being lowest in infertile men associated with VC.Sirt1 levels are significantly negatively correlated with VC grade.
