小麦粉碎样品混合程度与DON测定精密度关系的研究

摘要 考察了小麦粉碎后的样品混合程度与DON含量测定精密度之间的关系。针对同一充分混合的小麦籽粒样品,试验组分取500 g小麦籽粒样,粉碎后经V型粉状混匀器混合,测定不同混合时间点DON的含量,对照组取100 g小麦籽粒样粉碎后经手动混匀后测定。结果表明:试验组和对照组均提高了DON含量测定的精密度。试验组所测得的DON含量与所有样品的DON含量之间不具有显著差异(P>0.05),而对照组的DON含量均值与所有样品的DON含量之间具有显著差异(P<0.05)。试验组混合时间≥20 min后,DON含量测定的RSD值均在5%以内;混合时间≥80 min后,剩余样品间不存在显著差异(P>0.05),且混合均匀,测得的DON含量与所有样品的DON含量之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。 The relationship between the mixture degree of wheat crushing sample and the precision of DON determination was investigated. For the same fully mixed wheat grain sample,the experimental group and the control group were set up. In the experimental group,the wheat grain sample was divided into 500 g and mixed by a V-type powder mixer after crushing.DON content in the samples at different mixing time points was determined. In the control group,100 g wheat grain samples were mixed by hand for determination. The results showed that both instrument mixing and manual mixing could improve the precision of the determination of DON in samples. There was no significant difference(P>0.05) in DON content between the experimental group and the total sample content. And there was a significant difference(P<0.05) between the control group and the total sample content. After mixing for 20 minutes with the instrument,the precision of DON was controlled within 5%. After mixing for 80 minutes with the instrument,the remaining samples were mixed evenly. At the same time,there was no significant difference(P>0.05) in DON content between the remaining samples and the total sample content.
