摘要
物联网技术作为现代信息技术的一种,已建立起具有普遍认知的基本运行模式。从提高效率和保障公平价值的视角出发,物联网被逐渐应用至公共管理和政府治理领域。在新时期,西藏面临新的发展机遇,也面临新的挑战。文章从工具和价值的双重视角出发分析西藏地区基本医疗服务的物联网模式的必要性和可行性,试图在新时代尽快实现城乡基本公共服务一体化的目标。
As a kind of modern information technology, Internet of Things has established a basic operation mode with universal cognition. From the perspective of improving efficiency and safeguarding fair value, Internet of Things is gradually applied in public management and government’s governance. In the new development period, Tibet faces new challenges and new development opportunities. From the dual perspectives of tools and values, this article analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the Internet of Things model of basic medical services in Tibet, and tries to realize the goal to integrate the basic public services of urban and rural areas as soon as possible in the new era.
