摘要
以滑石为主要原料,辅以钾长石、高岭土,配以少量的碳酸钡、氧化锌、氧化锆、硅酸锆、氧化铝等助熔剂及增强剂,探究获得力学性能较好的滑石质电子瓷的配方。试验结果表明:相比企业的M配方,D系列配方均较大幅降低了滑石瓷的烧结温度,其中D6、D7配方烧结温度降低50℃,且拓宽了滑石瓷的烧结温度范围,将烧结温度范围拓宽至50℃;D7配方的最佳烧结温度为1 302℃,抗弯强度达到了133.7 MPa,比M配方的抗弯强度提高了16%;D7配方比M配方降低了滑石电子瓷的烧结温度,拓宽了烧结温度范围,可降低废品率、节约能源与成本,对抗弯强度也有了较为明显的提升。
In this article,the formulation of talc porcelain with enhanced mechanical properties was investigated.Talc was used as the main raw material with the assistance of potassium feldspar and kaolin.A small amount of barium carbonate,zinc oxide,zirconia,zirconium silicate,and alumina were employed as fusion agent and strengthening agent.The results show that the sintering temperature of talc porcelain of D series formula is lower than that of the product of M formula from factory.Especially,the sintering temperature of talc porcelain of D6 and D7 formulas are about 50℃lower than that of the product of M formula from factory.Moreover,the sintering temperature ranges of the talc porcelain of D6 and D7 formulations have been greatly widened to about 50℃.The optimum sintering temperature of talc porcelain of D7 formula is 1 302℃.The average bending strength of talc porcelain of D7 formula is 133.7 MPa,which is 16%higher than that of the product of M formula.The talc porcelain of D7 formula shows lower sintering temperature,wider sintering temperature range and improved bending strength,which may decrease waste rates and save energy and costs.
