安家寨煤矿可采煤层煤质特征及开采技术条件评价 被引量:3

Coal quality characteristics and mining technical conditions evaluation of mining seam in Anjiazhai coal mine

摘要 依据勘查资料分析安家寨煤矿可采煤层的煤岩特征、工业分析、工艺性能及简易可选性等煤质特征,并评价可采煤层的开采技术条件。研究结果表明:矿区内可采煤层的宏观煤岩类型主要为半亮型煤、半暗型煤,微观煤岩类型为微镜惰煤;矿区煤属中灰、低挥发分、中高—高硫、中—高热值无烟煤;采用数理统计方法分析61、21号煤层为不稳定煤层,局部可采;6、23号煤层为较稳定煤层,大部可采;16号煤层为较稳定煤层,全区可采。评价煤矿的水文地质、工程地质及瓦斯、煤尘爆炸性、煤的自燃倾向性等对开采技术条件较有利。 Based on the exploration data,the coal petrography characteristics,proximate analysis,technological performance and simple washability of the mineable coal seam in Anjiazhai coal mine were analyzed,and mining technical conditions of mining coal seam were evaluated.The research results showed that: macroscopic coal petrography types of mineable seam in mining area are mainly semi-bright coal and semi-dark coal,microscopic coal petrography type is the micro vitrinite and inert coal;the coal in the mining area belongs to medium ash,low volatile matter,medium-high-high sulfur and medium-high calorific value anthracite;by the mathematical statistics analysis,we can see that the No.6 1 and No.21 coal seams are unstable and locally recoverable,No.6 and No.23 coal seams are relatively stable and most of them are recoverable;No.16 coal seam is a relatively stable coal seam and can be mined in the whole area.Evaluating the hydrogeology,engineering geology,gas,coal dust explosiveness and coal spontaneous combustion tendency of coal mine is more advantageous for mining technical conditions.
