摘要
目的:分析早期康复护理模式对重症病毒性脑炎(VE)患儿肢体功能能力、吞咽障碍及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2014年5月-2018年4月本院收治的68例重症VE患儿为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(早期康复护理)和对照组(常规护理),各34例。比较两组肢体功能能力(Fugl-Meyer评分)、吞咽障碍和生活质量。结果:干预后,两组Fugl-Meyer评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组吞咽障碍恢复总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后的一般健康状况、躯体疼痛、生理机能、生理职能、精神健康、精力、情感职能、社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于患重症VE的儿童来说,实施早期康复护理模式可以促进肢体功能能力的恢复、提高吞咽能力,改善其生活质量,值得在临床护理中推广。
Objective:To analyze the effect of early rehabilitation nursing mode on limb function,dysphagia and quality of life of children with severe viral encephalitis.Method:A total of 68 children with severe VE admitted to our hospital from May 2014 to April 2018 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group(early rehabilitation nursing)and control group(routine nursing),34 cases in each group.The limb function(Fugl-Meyer score),dysphagia and quality of life between two groups were compared.Result:After intervention,the Fugl-Meyer scores of two groups were higher than those of before intervention,and observation group was higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of recovery of dysphagia in observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of general health status,physical pain,physiological function,physiological function,mental health,energy,emotional function and social function in observation group were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For children with severe VE,the implementation of early rehabilitation nursing model can promote the recovery of limb function,improve swallowing ability and improve their quality of life,which is worthy of promotion in clinical nursing.
