摘要
目的引进和翻译小儿心脏病早期预警评估工具(cardiac children’s hospital early warning score,C-CHEWS)并验证其应用于我国心脏病患儿早期病情变化预警评估的灵敏度及特异度。方法征得原作者同意后采用翻译、文化调适并修订的中文版C-CHEWS,量表对171名先天性心脏病患儿进行早期预警评估,分析其灵敏度及特异度。结果中文版C-CHEWS以非计划转入心脏重症监护病房为金标准,敏感度51.9%,特异度93.5%,受试者工作特征曲线下面积为0.727,95%置信区间为0.605～0.849。结论中文版C-CHEWS有较好的特异度,可适用于临床应用。
Objective To translate the Cardiac Children’s Hospital Early Warning Score(C-CHEWS)into Chinese,and to evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of the Chinese version of C-CHEWS for early assessment of congenital heart disease in children.Methods With the consent of the original author,171 children with congenital heart disease were assessed with the Chinese version of C-CHEWS,which was translated,culturally adjusted and revised.The sensitivity and specificity of the scale were analyzed.Results The Chinese version of C-CHEWS adopted re-entry CICU as gold standard,the sensitivity was 51.9%,the specificity was 93.5%,the area under the curve was 0.727,95%confidence interval was from 0.605 to 0.849.Conclusions The specificity of the Chinese version of C-CHEWS is good,which can be applied in clinical application.
