摘要
目的:观察热毒宁注射液治疗成人支气管肺炎的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组行西药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上采用热毒宁注射液治疗,2组均连续治疗3天后,比较2组肺功能、临床症状缓解时间及氧化应激因子水平。结果:第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV_1%)、潮气量,并计算第一秒用力肺活量/潮气量比值(FEV_1/FVC)治疗后2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。咳嗽咳痰、肺部干湿啰音及气促等临床症状消失时间2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷光甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-px)水平2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:热毒宁注射液治疗成人支气管肺炎,能有效改善患者肺功能,减轻患者临床症状,提高机体抗氧化能力。
Objective:To observe clinical effects of ReDuNing injection in treating adult alveobronchiolitis.Methods:Eighty patients were randomly allocated to the observation group and the control group,40 cases each group,the control group accepted Western medicine,and the observation group ReDuNing injection based on the therapy of Western medicine,the levels of oxidative stress factor,remission time of clinical symptoms and pulmonary function of both groups were compared after they were treated for three days consecutively.Results:The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of FEV1%,tidal volume and the ratio of forced vital capacity of the first second to tidal volume after treating between both groups(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant in the comparisons of the disappearing time of clinical symptoms including cough,expectoration,lung dry and wet rale,panting and others between both groups(P<0.05).The difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons of the levels of MDA,SOD and GSH-px between both groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:ReDuNing injection applied to adult alveobronchiolitis could effectively improve lung function of the patients,rapidly relieve clinical symptoms of the patients and raise antioxidant capacity of adults.
