摘要
行动逻辑反映了高职院校专业群建设的内在规律,决定了其发展的未来路向。通过实地调研发现,已有专业群建设实践秉持"产业-专业-就业"的线性行动逻辑。线性逻辑偏差的理论根源是对职业教育适应论的机械解读,其实质在于忽略了劳动力市场的复杂性。由此,引入卢曼的功能结构主义理论,将高职教育视作以专业群作为"代谢生产网络"、以"自我指涉"机制运行的自创生系统,进而将高职教育与社会关系的解读视角由单向、被动的静态适应转向互动、主动的动态适应。"自我指涉"机制背后是高职教育内部与外部的"双联动"行动逻辑。秉持"双联动"行动逻辑,高职教育与外在环境耦合关系的实质,是以专业群为特色的人才生产网络的复杂性来"化约"经济社会发展对人才需求的复杂性。
The action logic reflects the inherent laws of major clusters Construction in higher vocational colleges and determines the future direction of development.The study has found that there is a linear action logic of "industry - major -employment" in practice through the field research, and believes that the theoretical root for logical deviation is the mechanical interpretation of vocational education's adaptation theory, and the essence is ignoring the complexity of the labor market. So the study introduces Luhmann's functional structuralism theory and regards higher vocational education as a self-initiated system that uses the major clusters" as the *4metabolic production networkn and operates with the "self-referential" mechanism, andchanges the relations interpretation between higher vocational education and society from one-way, passive and static adaptation to interactive, active and dynamic adaptation. The essence of the "self-referential” mechanism in higher vocational education is **double linkageM action logic between the internal and external of higher vocational education. Adhering to the "double linkage" action logic, the essence of the coupling relationship between higher vocational education and the external environment is based on the talents production network complexity featuring major clusters to "reduce" the talent requirements complexity for economic and social development.
