摘要
楔横轧作为轴类零件成形的先进技术,已被广泛应用于汽车、拖拉机、工程机械和非行走机械等行业,并逐步被国外汽车界所接受。为了促进国内楔横轧行业规范发展,提升中国在国际上的话语权,参考相关专业的技术规范,结合国内楔横轧制造水平、技术能力、设备类型和生产现状,在大量理论研究和工程实际数据验证基础上,制定了钢质楔横轧件的工艺编制原则。该原则包括楔横轧的工艺流程、工艺参数确定(原材料性能参数、加热温度、加热时间、轧辊转速、热处理方式、表面质量参数)、设备选型、模具设计和质量控制等。最后将其在楔横轧件制造企业和楔横轧件使用企业进行了试点推广应用,收到较好的应用效果。
As an advanced technology for shafts forming,cross wedge rolling is widely used in automobile,tractor,construction machinery and non-walking machinery industries and gradually accepted by foreign automobile industry. In order to promote the development of domestic cross wedge rolling industry norms and enhance China’s voice in the international arena,referring to the relevant professional technical norms,combining with the domestic cross wedge rolling manufacturing level,technical capacity,equipment types and production status,the principle of process planning for steel cross wedge rolling was formulated on the basis of a large number of theoretical researches and engineering data verifications. The principle included the process flow of cross wedge rolling,the determination of process parameters( raw material performance parameters,heating temperature,heating time,roll speed,heat treatment method,surface quality parameters),equipment selection,die design and quality control,etc. At last,it was applied in manufacturing enterprises to produce parts by cross wedge rolling,and good application results were obtained.
