不同灰化温度对红外分光光度法测定游离二氧化硅准确度影响的研究 被引量:5

摘要 为探讨不同灰化温度对红外分光光度法测定游离二氧化硅准确度影响,使用红外分光光度法测定同样的灰化时间不同灰化温度下同一种粉尘中游离二氧化硅的含量。结果表明:灰化温度500℃与550℃测得游离二氧化硅的含量无显著性差异;灰化温度550℃与600℃测得游离二氧化硅的含量有显著性差异。所以灰化温度550℃游离二氧化硅的含量更接近实际游离二氧化硅的含量,故灰化温度在550℃更为合理。 The influence of different ashing temperatures on the accuracy of infrared spectrophotometric determination of free silica was discussed. Free Silica was determined in the same dust at the same ashing time and different ashing temperature by infared spectrophotometry. The results showed that there was no significant difference between ashing temperature 500 degree and 550 degree free silica content;There is a significant difference between ashing temperature 550 degree and 600 degree free silica content. The content of free silica at 550 degrees is closer to the actual content of free silica,so the ashing temperature at 550 degrees is more reasonable.
