摘要
目的总结经皮椎间孔镜下椎间盘切除术(percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy,PTED)治疗腰椎管狭窄症(lumbar spinal stenosis,LSS)患者的围术期快速康复护理配合。方法回顾性分析2016年8月至2017年8月,在某院康复医学科行PTED治疗的58名LSS患者的临床资料。根据接受的康复护理形式不同分为观察组(PTED围术期进行快速康复护理指导)和对照组(PTED围术期进行常规康复护理指导),每组29名。在手术前、术后5 d,采用视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale/score,VAS)评估两组患者的腰腿疼痛程度,并比较两组患者的住院天数。结果术前两组患者腰腿疼痛VAS评分的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后5 d,观察组的VAS评分要高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的平均住院天数为(4.71±0.71)d,对照组为(7.38±1.22)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对PTED围术期的LSS患者实施快速康复护理,有助于提高其临床疗效并减少住院时间,值得推广。
Objective To focus on the clinical effect of fast rehabilitation nursing during the perioperative period of lumbar percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy(PTED)for patients with the lumbar spinal stenosis(LSS).Methods A retrospective study was conducted from August 2016 to Auvip 2017.Totally 58 LSS patients in rehabilitation department of the general hospital were included in the study.According to the methods of rehabilitation,the patients were divided into the observation group(received rapid rehabilitation guidance during perioperative period)and the control group(received routine rehabilitation guidance during perioperative period)>with 29 cases in each group.The scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)were calculated and recorded before operation,immediately after operation,5 days and 1 month after treatment.The degree of lumbar and leg pain in the two groups was evaluated,and the hospitalization days of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups before operation(P>0.05),but the VAS score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group in 5 days after operation(P<0.05).The average hospitalization days of patients in the observation group were 4.71±0.71 days,while those in the control group were 7.38±1.22 days.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions PTED combined with fast rehabilitation nursing during the perioperative period has a positive effect in patients with LSS,which is worth popularizing.
