环保型汉麻纤维增强聚乳酸基复合材料的制备 被引量:4

摘要 从原材料、汉麻纤维脱胶方法、界面改性以及成型工艺等方面综述了汉麻纤维增强聚乳酸基复合材料的国内外研究现状,并分析了其发展趋势。总结了一种汉麻纤维深冷-机械脱胶工艺和3种汉麻纤维增强PLA基复合材料的制备工艺:3D打印用汉麻纤维增强PLA基线材/注塑用粒料制备工艺,模压成型用汉麻纤维增强PLA基复合毡材制备工艺,以及多层结构复合材料制备工艺。形成了一套具有自主知识产权的汉麻纤维增强复合材料制备加工体系。 The current research status at home and abroad of hemp fiber reinforced polylactic acid(PLA)composites were review from raw materials,degumming methods of hemp fiber,interface modification and the forming process.The development trend of hemp fiber reinforced PLA composites was analyzed.According to our studies,a cryogenic and mechanical treatment degumming process of hemp fibers and three preparation methods of hemp fiber reinforced PLA composites were summarized.The three methods are 3 Dprinting hemp fiber reinforced PLA composite wire/injection molding pellet preparation method,molding hemp fiber reinforced PLA composite felt preparation method,and multi-layer structure of composite material preparation method.Finally,a system for the preparation and processing of hemp fiber reinforced PLA composites with independent intellectual property right was established.
