顶锻压力对1045钢/5Cr5MoV模具钢摩擦焊组织与性能的影响 被引量:1

Effect of upsetting pressure on microstructure and properties of friction welded joints of 1045 steel/5CrMoV die steel

摘要 采用连续驱动摩擦焊实现了1045钢与5Cr5MoV模具钢异种钢材的优质高效连接,获得了成形以及力学性能良好的焊接接头。微观组织和力学分析表明:焊缝为马氏体、珠光体和铁素体的混合组织。随着顶锻压力增大,1045钢侧焊接热影响区晶粒度减小,5Cr5MoV模具钢侧焊接淬火区晶粒由粒状变为带状。焊缝处硬度最高,向母材两侧硬度逐步降低,且随着顶锻压力增大,模具钢侧高硬度区增宽,而1045钢侧高硬度区变窄。焊接接头整体抗拉强度随顶锻压力的增加呈现先增加而后趋于稳定,当压力过高时强度略有下降;当顶锻压力在170~210MPa时,焊接接头抗拉强度最大可达到698MPa。焊接接头拉伸断口呈现以解理断裂为主的脆性断裂特征。 Welded joints of 1045 steel and 5 Cr5 MoV dissimilar steels were obtained efficiently by continuous drive friction welding with good formability and mechanical properties.Analyses show that the microstructure of the welded joints is composed of martinets,perlites and ferrites.The grain size of the Heat Affected Zone(HAZ)in 1045 steel decreases,and the microstructure in the quench zone of the 5 Cr5 MoV die steel gradually evolves from granular shape into ribbon-like shape with the increase in the upsetting pressure.The hardness reaches the highest at the welded seams and gradually decreases in the direction of the parent metals.With the increase in upsetting pressure,the hardened zone of the 1045 steel narrows down,but that of the 5 Cr5 MoV die steel broadens.The tensile strength of the welded samples gradually increases up to a stable state with the increase in the upsetting pressure.When the upsetting pressure is in the range of 170 MPa to 210 MPa,the tensilestrength of the welded joints reaches the highest of 698 MPa.Tensile fracture of the welded joints possesses the characteristics of cleavage-based fracture.
