摘要
采用CFD数值模拟与内外特性试验相结合的方法研究了导轮关键参数对液力变矩偶合器性能的影响。通过预测液力变矩偶合器不同充液率工况下的环流转换特性确定导轮高度区间,分别制定了5组导轮叶片出口角度和叶片数的流道方案,并对其进行特性预测和对比分析。结果表明:叶片出口角度为17°、叶片数为20的导轮流道结构方案可获得较好的综合性能。通过气-液两相环流特性与外特性试验的验证,内外特性数值模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好,证明了本文数值算法的正确性,对液力变矩偶合器的设计具有一定的工程参考价值。
In this paper,the effects of key parameters of stator on the performance of hydrodynamic coupling torque converter were studied by numerical simulation.The interval range of the stator height was determined according to numerical simulation results of the liquid-gas characteristics.The performance of hydrodynamic coupling torque converter with different outlet angle of stator blade and different number of stator blades was studied respectively.Better comprehensive performance is obtained with outlet angle of 17?and blade number of 20.The simulation precision of liquid-gas characteristics is almost the same with the test results,and the original characteristics of the numerical simulation is basically the same with the test results,demonstrating the accuracy of the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.This study provides reference for structure optimization and performance improvement of hydrodynamic coupling torque converter.
