多孔介质对厢式货车气动特性的影响 被引量:4

Effect of porous media on the aerodynamic characteristics of van-body truck

摘要 为探究多孔介质影响厢式货车气动特性的机理,采用数值仿真的方法对多孔介质布置前后的厢式货车的外部流场进行分析,得到两种情况下该车的气动阻力系数、表面压力及壁面剪切力分布、涡量、涡量耗散率等气动特性,并结合风洞试验,分析其减阻机理。对比分析多孔介质布置前后各工况的流动特性与气动阻力系数,实验结果表明:布置多孔介质后,可明显改善货箱压力场及剪切力分布,减小分离涡对厢式货车周围流场的影响,从而降低气动阻力,验证了多孔介质材料应用于气动减阻的可行性。 Numerical simulation method was adopted to analyze flow characteristics around the vanbody truck with and without porous media.The mechanism that how the porous media affects the drag reduction of the van was investigated.The aerodynamic characteristics,including the aerodynamic drag coefficient,the distribution of surface pressure and wall shear stress,turbulence kinetic energy,turbulence eddy dissipation,were calculated with or without the porous media.Wind tunnel test was carried out in combination with numerical simulation to analyze the mechanism of drag reduction.The flow behavior and aerodynamic drag coefficient of the van with and without the porous media were compared and analyzed.Results show that the aerodynamic characteristics of the van is obviously improved the drag is reduced by the porous media.The effect of the vortex is suppressed and the distribution of the surface pressure and wall shear stress is improved obviously.Numerical simulation results verify the feasibility of the use of porous media in aerodynamic drag reduction.
