摘要
目的解决云南省零售药店执业药师不足的现状并加强执业药师监管。方法对云南省零售药店分布、每万人口执业药师数、已配备执业药师药店数占比、零售药店从业人员情况进行分析。结果该省经济发展较好城市零售药店分布过于密集,零售药店执业药师地区分布不均,零售药店从业人员资格与职称产生交叉,执业药师未能充分发挥专业作用。结论应合理布局零售药店,加强执业药师监管,统一零售药店从业人员执业资格,充分发挥执业药师在零售药店的作用,为公众健康服务。
Objective To solve the shortage of licensed pharmacists in retail pharmacies and strengthen the supervision of licensed pharmacists in Yunnan province.Methods The distribution of retail pharmacies,the number of licensed pharmacists per 10000 people,the proportion of pharmacies staffed with licensed pharmacists,and the situation of employees of retail pharmacies in Yunnan province were analyzed.Results The distribution of retail pharmacies in cities with better economic development was too dense,the distribution of licensed pharmacists in retail pharmacies was uneven,the qualifications of practitioners of retail pharmacies crossed with their professional titles,and the licensed pharmacists failed to play a full role.Conclusion Retail pharmacies should be rationally allocated,the supervision of licensed pharmacists should be strengthened,the qualification of practitioners in retail pharmacies should be unified,and the role of licensed pharmacists in retail pharmacies should be brought into full play to serve public health.
