摘要
目的探讨"掌跖疣1号"方治疗掌跖疣的临床疗效。方法选取医院皮肤科门诊2015年2月至2016年11月诊治的掌跖疣患者72例,按随机对照表法分为治疗组和对照组,各36例。治疗组患者给予"掌跖1号"方治疗,对照组患者给予维A酸乳膏治疗。两组患者均持续治疗3个月。结果与治疗前比较,治疗组患者治疗后疣体数目显著减少,疣体面积显著缩小(P <0. 05);治疗3个月后和随访3个月后的总有效率分别为80. 0%和74. 29%,明显高于对照组的45. 71%和40. 00%(P <0. 05)。结论"掌跖疣1号"方治疗掌跖疣能明显减少疣体数目,缩小疣体面积。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of "Palmoplantar Wart No.1" Prescription in the treatment of palmoplantar wart.Methods Totally 72 patients with palmoplantar wart from February 2015 to November 2016 were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group by the random control table method,36 cases in each group.The patients in the treatment group were treated with “Palmoplantar Wart No.1" Prescription,while the patients in the control group were treated with Tretinoin Ointment.The patients in the two groups were continuously treated for 3 months.Results Compared with before treatment,the number of warts and the size of warts in the treatment group were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment and 3 months of follow-up,the total effective rates in the treatment group were 80.00% and 74.29%,respectively,which were significantly higher than 45.71% and 40.00% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion “Palmoplantar Wart No.1" Prescription in the treatment of palmoplantar warts can significantly reduce the number of warts and the size of warts.
