摘要
目的观察疏肝柴胡散联合胆舒胶囊和消炎利胆片治疗胆囊切除术后综合征(PCS)的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取医院2016年1月至2018年1月收治的PCS患者200例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各100例。两组患者均予对症治疗,并口服胆舒胶囊及消炎利胆片,研究组患者加服疏肝柴胡散;两组患者均治疗1个月。结果研究组总有效率为98. 00%,显著高于对照组的77. 00%(P <0. 05);与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后的白细胞介素6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平均显著降低,且研究组显著低于对照组(P <0. 05);两组患者治疗后的肝、肾功能指标均无显著变化(P> 0. 05);两组治疗期间均未出现不良反应。结论疏肝柴胡散联合胆舒胶囊和消炎利胆片治疗PCS疗效确切,可减轻炎性反应,且不影响肝肾功能。
Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of Shugan Chaihu Powder combined with Danshu Capsules and Xiaoyan Lidan Tablets in the treatment of postcholecystectomy syndrome(PCS).Methods Totally 200 patients with PCS admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,100 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were given symptomatic treatment and oral administration of Danshu Capsules and Xiaoyan Lidan Tablets,on this basis,the patients in the study group were given Shugan Chaihu Powder.The patients in the two groups were treated for 1 month.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 98.00%,which was significantly higher than 77.00% of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment,and those in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant change in liver and kidney function after treatment in the two groups(P>0.05).There was no adverse reaction during treatment in the two groups.Concllisiion Shugan Chaihu Powder combined with Danshu Capsules and Xiaoyan Lidan Tablets are effective in the treatment of PCS,which can alleviate inflammatory reaction without affecting liver and kidney function.
