摘要
采用室温固相反应法成功合成了纳米片状氢氧化镁,采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、比表面积分析仪(BET)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等对样品进行了表征。系统性研究了吸附量、初始浓度、接触时间和共存离子对纳米片状氢氧化镁吸附低浓度EDTA络合的三价铬(Cr(Ⅲ)-EDTA)废水的影响,结果表明:纳米片状氢氧化镁对Cr(Ⅲ)-EDTA的最大吸附量为178. 65 mg/g,吸附等温线符合Freundlich模型,吸附动力学与准二级动力学方程相拟合,高浓度的阳离子对氢氧化镁去除水中的络合物Cr(Ⅲ)-EDTA基本无影响。
The nano-sheet magnesium hydroxide was successfully synthesized by solid phase method.Samples were characterized by XRD,SEM,BET and XPS.The effects of adsorption amount,initial concentration,contact time and coexisting ions on the adsorption of low-concentration EDTA complexed with trivalent chromium(Cr(Ⅲ)-EDTA)in wastewater by nano-sheet magnesium hydroxide were systematically studied.The results show that the maximum adsorption of nano-sheet magnesium hydroxide on Cr(Ⅲ)-EDTA is 178.65 mg/g.Adsorption isotherm is consistent with the Freundlich model and the kinetic experimental data is fitting to the pseudo-second order kinetic models.The high concentration of cation has no effect on the removal of the complex Cr(Ⅲ)-EDTA in magnesium hydroxide.
