摘要
目的探讨如意金黄散加蜂蜜外敷治疗血液透析内瘘穿刺所致静脉炎、皮下出血临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2017年1月～2018年6月广东省佛山市南海区人民医院血液净化中心内瘘穿刺致静脉炎、皮下出血患者60例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和实验组,分别给予蜂蜜及如意金黄散加蜂蜜外敷静脉炎或皮下出血处,疗程为4d。观察两组患者临床疗效,静脉炎痊愈所需时间及患者疼痛缓解程度。结果 (1)实验组患者血肿消除效率及疼痛缓解程度显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。(2)两组患者局部不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论如意金黄散加蜂蜜能够快速缓解血液透析内瘘穿刺致静脉炎、皮下出血患者临床症状,提高静脉炎治愈率,且无明显不良反应。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of RuyiJinhuang powder and honey external application in the treatment of phlebitis and subcutaneous hemorrhage caused by hemodialysis internal fistula puncture.Methods Sixty patients with phlebitis and subcutaneous bleeding caused by internal fistula puncture in the blood purification center of Nanhai People’s Hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into a experimental group and a control group.The control group was treated with honey,while the experimental group was treated with Ruyijinhuang Powders and honey for external application of phlebitis or subcutaneous bleeding,and the course of treatment was 4 days.The clinical effect of the two groups of patients,phlebitis recovery time and pain relief degree of patients were observed. Results(1)The elimination efficiency and pain relief of hematoma in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).(2)There was no significant difference in the incidence of local adverse reactions between the two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion RuyiJinhuang scattered honey can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with phlebitis and subcutaneous hemorrhage caused by hemodialysis fistula quickly,helps to improve the cure rate of phlebitis,and no adverse reactions are observed.
