摘要
目的研究早期快速康复护理对原发性肝癌切除术患者术后康复及生活质量的作用。方法选取2017年12月～2018年8月原发性肝癌切除术患者70例,根据电脑随机分配的原则分为对照组和观察组,分别行常规护理和早期快速康复护理,对比两组术后康复情况、并发症发生率、肝功能指标以及生活质量评分。结果观察组原发性肝癌切除术患者术后康复情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组原发性肝癌切除术患者并发症发生率(2.86%)低于对照组(31.43%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组原发性肝癌切除术患者肝功能指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组原发性肝癌切除术患者生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期快速康复护理对原发性肝癌切除术患者术后康复及生活质量均具有改善作用,值得研究。
Objective To study the effect of early rapid rehabilitation nursing on postoperative rehabilitation and quality of life in patients with primary liver cancer resection. Methods 70 patients with primary liver cancer resection from December 2017 to August 2018 were enrolled. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the principle of random computer allocation, and were treated with routine nursing and early rapid rehabilitation nursing, respectively. Postoperative recovery, complication rate, liver function indicators, and quality of life scores between two groups were compared. Results The postoperative rehabilitation of patients with primary liver cancer resection in the observation group was superior to that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group(2.86%) was lower in the observation group than that in the control group(31.43%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The liver function index in the observation group was superior to that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Early rapid rehabilitation nursing has an improvement effect on postoperative rehabilitation and quality of life in patients with primary liver cancer resection, which is worthy of study.
