坪上煤业Ⅲ23073巷砌筑防突风门设计研究

摘要 改善通风设施是完善矿井通风系统的主要措施之一,本文以坪上煤业Ⅲ23073巷为防止煤与瓦斯突出问题,将要施工防突风门为研究背景,对23073巷砌筑防突风门进行设计研究,确定了主意的防突风门参数,并针对防突风门过调节风窗、水沟和刮板输送机时,设计与之相匹配的防逆风装置。该矿按照本次设计要求进行防突风门的施工,现已投入使用,使用效果良好,且已向集团公司下属煤矿进行推广,使用效果获得一致好评。 Improvement of ventilation facilities is one of the main measures to improve the ventilation system of mines.In this paper,in order to prevent the coal and gas outburst problems in a mine III23073 lane,the construction of an anti-spill door was studied.The idea of anti-shock throttle parameters,and for the anti-spilling door over-regulation wind window,ditch and scraper conveyor,designed to match with the anti-wind device.According to the design requirements of this mine,the construction of anti-shock doors has been put into use,and the use effect has been good.It has been promoted to the coal mines under the group company,and the use effect has been well received.
