Transparent Box Defect Detection Based on Template Matching

摘要 模板匹配是图像处理中最基本与常用的匹配方法。为解决印刷、烫金字符与图案在使用模板匹配方法检测透明盒缺陷时,大量产品因字符、图案边缘效应干扰出现误检的问题,采用HALCON软件编写用于去除字符与图案边缘效应干扰的算法及透明盒缺陷检测算法。经过生产流水线上的实际验证,该算法可以有效避免因字符、图案边缘效应产生的误检问题,实现对透明盒缺陷快速、精确的自动化检测,并剔除缺陷产品。 Template matching is the most basic and most commonly used matching method in image processing.In order to solve the problem of printing,bronzing characters and patterns in the use of template matching method to detect transparent box defects,a large number of products due to character,pattern edge effect interference caused by false detection.HALCON software is used to write algorithms for removing interference from character and pattern edge effects and algorithms for transparent box defect detection.After a long time in the production line to verify the transparent box defect detection,the algorithm can effectively avoid the false detection problem caused by the edge effect of characters and patterns and realize the rapid and accurate automatic detection and rejection of defective products.
