摘要
食品药品投诉举报制度作为构建食药领域社会共治的重要组成部分,其发展与完善同社会共治理念的落实息息相关。基于对我国食品药品投诉举报制度发展与现状的思考,本文提出仍存在程序规范性、内部资源整合、外部协同配合与职业打假人应对的问题,并给出相应的对策,以期对我国食品药品投诉举报制度的完善有所裨益。
The complaint reporting system of food and drug as an important part of building social cogovernance in the field of food and drug,its development and improvement are closely related to the implementation of the concept of social co-governance.Based on the consideration of the development and current situation of the system,this paper puts forward the problems as follows:the standardization of procedures,the integration of internal resources,the external coordination and the professional anti-counterfeit people’s response,and the corresponding countermeasures are also given,it is hoped that it will be beneficial to the improvement of the complaint reporting system of food and drug in China.
