摘要
目的研究分析多病因慢性心力衰竭患者采用超声心动图检查诊断的临床价值。方法选取2016年02月～2018年02月本院收治的78例多病因慢性心力衰竭患者,定义为研究组,并选择同期入本院接受常规体检的健康群体78名,定义为常规组,两组均给予超声心动图检查,分析其心功能指标变化以及心动周期时相变化。结果研究组LVEE(左室舒张末径)、LVEF(左室射血分数)以及LAD(左房内径)指标变化均与常规组比较有差异,具有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组ET(射血时间)、ICT(左室等容的舒缩器)、IRT(左室等容舒张期)指标变化,与常规组比较有差异,具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对多病因慢性心力衰竭患者采用超声心动图检查,应用价值显著,值得借鉴。
Objective To study the clinical value of echocardiographic diagnosis in patients with multiple causes of chronic heart failure. Methods A total of 78 patients with multiple causes of chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were enrolled as the study group. 78 healthy people who were admitted to our hospital for routine physical examination were selected as the regular group. Echocardiography was performed in the two groups to analyze changes in cardiac function indicators and phase changes in the cardiac cycle. Results The LVEE (left ventricular end-diastolic diameter), LVEF (left ventricular ejection fraction) and LAD (left atrial diameter) index of the study group were different from the regular group, which was statistically significant(P < 0.05);The ET (ejection time), ICT (left ventricular isovolumic relaxation), IRT (left ventricular isovolumic diastolic) index changes of the study group were different from the regular group, which was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The value of application of echocardiography in patients with multiple causes of chronic heart failure is significant and worth learning.
