摘要
定向培养士官是近年来高等职业院校为军队"订单式"培养的后备军人。其身份认同直接影响到在高校和军队的思想状态、行为选择和价值追求。高职院校应从构建"军地共建"式人才培养、转变"军事课程"向"课程军事"教学理念、开展军人核心价值观教育三个方面强化其身份认同。
Recently,the sergeant students become "ordering" soldiers for the army.The identity of the sergeant students will influence thoughts,behaviors and value pursuits.By strengthening the ideological and political education of "strategy of civil military integration",transforming "military curriculum" to "course military" and carrying out "core military values" in order to enhance the identity cultivation of the sergeant students.
