摘要
目的对精神分裂症患者采取家庭-社区-医院一体化管理,并分析其对治疗效果的影响。方法对照组采取居家自我健康管理;观察组采取家庭-社区-医院一体化管理。结果干预6、9、12个月,观察组患者的PANSS评分均明显低于对照组,SRHMS评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论家庭-社区-医院一体化管理能够提高精神分裂症患者治疗效果,改善患者健康状况。
Objective To analyze the effect of family-community-hospital integrated management on the treatment effect of schizophrenia.Methods The control group used the self-health management,while the observation group used the family-community-hospital integrated management.Results The PANSS scores in the observation group after 6,9,12 months were obviously lower than those in the control group,and the SRHMS scores were obviously higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The family-community-hospital integrated management can improve the treatment effect of schizophrenia,and improve the health status of patients.
