摘要
暴力伤医已成为社会关注的热点问题,但由其引起的医生权威消解问题也成为了社会关注的焦点之一。文章从长治医学院附属和平医院发生的暴力伤医事件中发现医患关系角色定位、权威梯度使同行相轻、媒体的不当报道消解了医生权威,据此提出了医患双方需正视自身角色并积极转变观念、提升医生人文素养让同行不再相轻、医方提高应对能力和媒体的公正报道等建议为医生权威的重构提供参考。
Violent injuries have become a hot issue of social concern,but the digestion of doctor’s authority caused by violence has also become one of the focuses of social concern.The paper finds out the role orientation of medical relationship,authority gradient that makes the peer look down upon each other,and improper report of media that digests the doctor’s authority from the violent injuries in the Peace Hospital Affiliated to Changzhi Medical College.Based on this,the author puts forward that both doctors and patients should face up to their roles and actively change their concepts,enhance the humanistic literacy of doctors so that peers no longer look down upon each other,and doctors can improve their coping ability and fair media reports thus providing reference for the reconstruction of doctor's authority.
