摘要
目的研究加强用血质量管理对促进临床合理用血的相关作用研究。方法某三甲医院于2017年1月起开始加强用血质量管理,比较加强用血质量管理前后1年内的临床用血相关数据,分析住院患者总输血率、血浆输注率、红细胞输注率,随机抽取加强用血管理前后输血病历和输血申请单,对比缺陷病历率和缺陷输血单率。结果加强用血质量管理后住院患者增加3110例,增长率(5.65%),而总输血量减少2476U,减少率(9.51%);加强用血质量管理后的住院患者总输血率(4.59%)、血浆输注率(12.98%)、红细胞输注率(28.39%)均明显低于加强用血质量管理前的6.95%、13.57%、33.17%(P <0.05);加强用血质量管理后的缺陷病历率(32.34%)和缺陷输血单率(2.53%)明显高于加强管理前的53.45%和3.38%(P <0.05)。结论加强用血质量管理可有促进临床合理用血,具有积极的应用和推广意义。
Objective To study the effect of strengthening blood quality management on promoting rational blood use in clinical practice. Methods A first class hospital began to strengthen blood quality management in January 2017. The clinical blood data within 1 year before and after blood quality management were compared, the total transfusion rate, plasma infusion rate and red blood cell transfusion rate of hospitalized patients were analyzed. The records of blood transfusion and the list of transfusion application before and after strengthening the management of blood use were randomly selected. Results After strengthening blood quality management, the number of inpatients increased by 3,110 (5.65%), while the total blood transfusion volume decreased by 2476U (9.51%). The total blood transfusion rate (4.59%), plasma transfusion rate (12.98%) and erythrocyte transfusion rate (28.39%) of inpatients after the strengthening of blood quality management were significantly lower than those before the strengthening of blood quality management (6.95%, 13.57% and 33.17%, respectively)(P < 0.05). The defect medical record rate (32.34%) and defect blood transfusion order rate (2.53%) after management of blood quality were significantly higher than those before it (53.45% and 3.38%,respectively)(P < 0.05). Conclusion Strengthening blood quality management can promote clinical rational use of blood, which has positive application and promotion significance.
