摘要
目的分析急性脑梗死患者心电图改变特征,总结有效护理措施。方法回顾性分析2016年5月至2017年5月本院急性脑梗死患者50例,均接受心电图检查,分析异常结果,并开展相应护理。结果入院时心电图检查异常率为68%,其中脑叶梗死、丘脑与基底节、多发性脑梗死分别占56.25%、72.73%、75%;4周内复查异常率为14%,不同部位分别为12.50%、13.64%、16.67%(P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者心电图改变发生率较高,通过实施护理干预,对心电图恢复有促进作用。
Objective To analyze the changes of electrocardiogram(ECG)in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI)and summarize the effective nursing measures.Methods A retrospective analysis of 50 patients with acute cerebral infarction from May 2016 to May 2017 were carried out in our hospital.All patients were examined by electrocardiogram,abnormal results were analyzed,and corresponding nursing care was carried out.Results The abnormal rate of ECG on admission was 68%.The abnormal rate of cerebral lobe infarction,thalamus and basal ganglia,multiple cerebral infarction were 56.25%and 72.73%,75%respectively in 4 weeks.The abnormal rate was 14%in 4 weeks,and 12.50%,13.64%,16.67%(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of electrocardiogram changes in patients with acute cerebral infarction is higher.Nursing intervention can promote the recovery of electrocardiogram.
