摘要
以社区照顾理论为视角研究民族社会工作的实施策略,主要有在民族社会工作、由民族社会工作、对民族社会工作和多元文化社会工作。民族社会工作的主要特征有族性、文化敏感性、问题杂糅性、需要满足的核心技术性。
This paper analyzes the nationality social work from the perspective of community care theory, whose main implementation strategies are as follows: in the nationality society, by the nationalities, for the nationalities and the multi-cultural social work. The main characteristics of the nationality social work is the ethnic characteristics, cultural sensitivity, the mixture of problems, core technology that needs to be met.
