摘要
电铸是基于电沉积原理的高精度形性一体化整体制造技术,在航天、航空、兵器、模具等领域有着重要应用。介绍了电铸技术在液体火箭发动机推力室、毫米波/太赫兹器件、X射线望远镜反射镜等航天关键零部件制造中的应用情况,分析了电铸技术的本质特性和制造难题,展望了其应用前景。
Electroforming is an integral manufacturing technology with high precision based on the principles of electrochemical deposition,which has important applications in aerospace,aviation,weapons,molds and some other fields. Typical applications of electroforming technology in the fabrication of key astronautic components,such as liquid rocket engine thrust chamber,millimeter/terahertz wave devices and X-ray telescope mirror are introduced in this paper. Both the essential characteristics and manufacturing issues are analyzed. The application prospects are put forward in the end of this paper.
